History & Company Profile

The Williams Metalfinishing, Inc. Story
Williams Metalfinishing, Inc. was founded in 1975 by Robert (Bob) Williams. Mr. Williams began his metal polishing company with four employees in a 2000 sq. ft. building that was once home to an Army barracks. Since then, Williams Metalfinishing has grown from a manual polishing shop to a 75 employee automated metal polishing and finishing facility.

Although Bob is still actively involved in the business and currently serves as chairman, sons Lee and Kim Williams now lead the second-generation management team. Lee Williams serves as company president and heads the sales and marketing effort. Kim Williams serves as vice president and chief operating officer, overseeing all plant operations. Lee and Kim are assisted by Mitch Werner, general manager, who has been with the company since 1994.

This dedicated and experienced team of metal finishing professionals work together to ensure consistent, high-quality, and on-schedule work for our customers.
