Automatic Buffing

Williams Metalfinishing is equipped with 12 automatic straight line metal buffing machines that are capable of buffing over 1,000 pcs per hour consistently.

Our expertise lies in engineering automatic processes to buff large and complex parts that most polishers do not have the capabilities to process. We will develop an automatic process and build the tooling to polish and buff large fabrications, weldments, stampings, extrusions and castings that would normally be polished and buffed using traditional hand tools.

Polishing and buffing with total automation can eliminate many hours of tedious hand work which saves our customers money and produces the rapid turnaround they expect.

Automatic buffing produces the consistent finish that you need. Our processes and setups are documented and we provide our own internal tooling maintenance to keep our fixtures in top working condition.

Williams Metalfinishing also provides various semi-automatic buffing and belt polishing machines to complement these services.
