Company Profile – Williams Metalfinishing

Williams Metalfinishing, Inc. was founded by Bob Williams back in 1975. Since then, the company has grown from a 4 employee manual polishing shop to a 75 employee automated production facility.

Although Bob is still actively involved in the business, currently serving as its Chairman, sons Lee and Kim Williams now lead the second-generation management team.

Lee Williams serves as company President and heads the sales and marketing effort. Kim Williams serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all plant operations.

Lee and Kim are assisted by General Manager, Mitch Werner, who has been with the company since 1994.

Williams Metalfinishing specializes in large and complex metal finishing and polishing projects and offers a comprehensive array of metal finishing services including vapor degreasing, machining, water jet cutting, laser cutting, welding and is your single source supplier for chrome plating, anodizing and powder coating.
