We reduce scrap by polishing your castings with precision. We determine the depth of cut that is needed to clean up the parts without breaking into the deeper layers of porosity. Once we find the sweet spot, we lock in the program and focus on inspection.

Prep for Chrome, Powder, or Paint - We will polish, buff and vapor degrease your parts to give you a superior end result after coating. We are very competitive with pricing because our processes are robotic and automatic.

If you copper plate the zinc castings, we have automated processes to buff the copper to blend imperfections and smooth the copper. We also vapor degrease the copper buffed parts to ensure that you get clean parts to put in your tanks.
